The Van Waffle Company pride themselves on offering delicious freshly made Belgian waffles loaded with a combination of homemade delights and favourite flavours such as Biscoff and Marshmallow. Below are a selection of our current offerings and we are happy to discuss with you any flavour preferences you might have. Creating new recipes and flavour combinations is one of my most favourite things to do! We generally offer 3 choices plus the build your own Claffle. In our experience too much choice can be quite a challenge when it comes to making decisions!

WAFFLES

Apple Crumbwaffle

A classic and a favourite amongst Van Waffle fans. A warm apple, raisin and cinnamon compote with crumble, cream and cinnamon sugar. A great choice for the Autumn and winter months.

Vegan & GF available

A waffle with chocolate sauce, mini marshmallows, chocolate buttons. It is called a Smorelicious.

The Smorelicious

An absolute favourite for those with a sweet tooth combining Biscoff, chocolate and melted marshmallows. Only a campfire and some singing could make this any better!

The Banoffle

My personal favourite. All the flavours of a banoffee pie. Rich oozing caramel with slices of banana, biscoff crumb and cream. My mouth is watering at the thought of it and the best thing is you could combine it with a velvety hot chocolate to get that banana chocolate kick too.

Millionaires

The great thing about a waffle is all you have to do is decide on your favourite treat and then the waffle works its magic! Caramel, shortbread crumb, milk and white chocolate sauce with dark chocolate curls to finish it off, perfect for elevenses.

Fudge Fundaffle

This went down a treat as part of our Christmas offering. I love making fudge so I took it one step further and started to make fudge sauce too. Combined with caramel, Biscoff crumb and white chocolate sauce this really is utterly divine.

ChocFudge Sundaffle

Based on a chocolate sundae this is a sweet feast you won't want to miss out on. Layers of chocolate fudge sauce, cream, fudge and chocolate buttons this is definitely a contender for the "I don't think I can fit it in but I'm going to give it a go!"

Black Forest

Designed for an Oktoberfest event these flavours transform you back to the 70s with this dessert classic. The hint of alcohol in the Kirsch syrup warms your cockles while you relish in the rich combination of cherry, chocolate and cream. Oh my word!

Eton Messy

Flavours of summer with sweet juicy strawberries scattered over a cream and meringue topped waffle. I can smell the Pimms and hear the tap of bat against ball from here.

Merry Berry

A fabulous fruity extravaganza celebrating a wonderful selection of British berries reflecting seasonal availability. A delicious berry compote is topped with cream, fresh berries and maple syrup. It really is berry berry good.

Bisco Rocky

Love Rocky Road? Love Biscoff? Love Biscoff Rocky Road? Then this one is for you! Large chunks of biscoff biscuit sit on top of a base of biscoff sauce and white chocolate sauce and it is all topped off with marshmallow and chocolate stars. Crunchy, chocolatey fabulousness!

The Claffle

This is our build your own waffle. Add whatever toppings you want to create your perfect waffle. Chocolate sauce, maple syrup, marshmallows, cinnamon sugar, basically whatever we have on the trailer can be transformed into your waffletastic dream waffle.

Hot Chocolate

We also serve rich velvety artisan hot chocolates in milk, dark and darker. We searched high and low to find the right chocolate flakes and sometimes that warm chocolate hit is all that it takes but combine it with a waffle, now that is a real waffletastic treat!

Allergens:

We are very proud of our vegan batter and offer vegan and gluten free alternatives to certain waffles which we are marked on our menu. It is always helpful to have some advanced notice if you are aware of any dietary requirements and I'm afraid we are unable to cater for any serious allergies. Our trailer is too small to be fully confident that we have avoided any potential cross-contamination. Please do ask for our allergen information if necessary when ordering.
